How to Use Your Safe Rx Locking Pill Bottle

STEP 1

ALIGN 4-digit code with the arrow located on the top of the cap, in order from the bottom to the top of the cap, in the direction of the arrow.

STEP 2

PULL cap straight up and off the top of the bottle (do not twist).

NOTE: If the cap does not come off, make sure the 4-digit code is properly aligned.

STEP 1

With CORRECT 4-DIGIT CODE ALIGNED with the arrow on the cap, replace the cap on the bottle.

STEP 2

TWIST rings to scramble the 4-digit code and LOCK your bottle.

STEP 3

VERIFY the cap is locked by attempting to remove it.
